For me (and my other classmates), everything just came out as a generic "luh."

I wish I could boast bilingual or trilingual capabilities, but this release is probably as close as I'll get. As of today, meebo supports 35 languages (10 or so more are coming shortly). There are a few other nice additions as well. Block and unblock are available for the first time. This feature is available by right-clicking a buddy on the buddy list. We'll be adding the ability to block from the im window shortly. You'll also spot typing notifications and a few other bug fixes in this release.

There's no way we could push this release without mentioning the meebo volunteers who pitched in to complete the translations. There are so many people to thank and even a special few who took on the task of translating a language by themselves. To all those who participated, we'd like to send you meebo t-shirts. Send us your wiki name, the e-mail address you used when you registerred on the wiki, the language you translated, and your shipping address, and we'll get that in the mail to you. There were a few languages that were translated after we started testing this release. No worries, those will be included in the upcoming release.

As an aside, we had a bet going on internally regarding in which language "privacy policy" would be the longest. German was a popular bet but the final winner was actually Russian. The Russian equivalent of "privacy policy" apparently has 44 characters- "cоглашение о неразглашении личной информации." Quite a mouthful!
